The key personnel at ON-CALL Environmental are Carlo Golino Ph.D., Environmental Chemist, Mike Livanos, Testing Coordinator, and Barbara Mapstead, Senior Project Coordinator |
 Carlo Golino is a Ph.D. research chemist with 18 years of industrial experience in air toxics monitoring and analysis, instrumental and wet chemistry laboratory analysis, water quality sampling procedures, decontamination, hazardous materials remediation and EPA methods development. Trained in Mold, Asbestos and Lead inspection and remediation. Dr. Golino is a DOSH Certified Asbestos Consultant (# 07-4132) and a CDPH Lead Inspector (#17268). He has developed quarterly monitoring programs as well as the implementation of new strategies in the environmental field.
